Project engineer responsible for consulting services consisting of the following: - Design and construction oversight of municipal water supply wells serving local communities and Sanitary and Improvement Districts.- Design of components associated with new sanitary sewer collection and treatment systems for local communities.- Coordination between small town water operator and State to implement flow variable permitting associated with sanitary sewer treatment system. At the time this was an innovative technique to reduce treatment system size while still accomplishing treatment objectives. - Preparation of the civil design of a small subdivision in eastern Iowa. Design consisted of the preparation of a grading plan in addition to sanitary and storm sewer plans.- Design and replacement of a large diameter sluice gate and associated piping embedded in the Missouri River Levee. The project involved coordination with the Army Corps of Engineers and the Levee Board responsible for the ongoing operation and maintenance of the unit.
