Incorporated Blind Institute of Technology (B.I.T.) as a non-profit organization in the State of Colorado on February 28, 2013. BIT's mission is to reduce the high unemployment rate among the blind and visually impaired community (BVI). Our mission is to prepare the BVI and the employers who hire them, for success in the workplace.BIT views employment as a cycle with three primary stages, education, preparation and opportunity. We call this the Employment Life Cycle. • Developed Visual FoxPro scripts to maintain Reciprocal Compensation billing stream. • Maintained LERG data within Oracle DB environment to ensure accurate billing statements.

• Migration – Involved in strategic planning to migrate customer base to Sprint network. Partnered with Sprint and NeuStar to complete cross-company TN transfer.• Number Administration - Managed the acquisition, provisioning, and system testing of all TN inventory. Partnered with marketing, engineering and translations teams during new market launches. • Systems Analyst – Training lead for Network Operations Center (NOC) and Translations Team during LNP deployment. • Switch Technician - Provisioning of Dialing Plans, E911 Start Forms, Subscriber Forms and Trunk Groups for all Lucent switches. Provisioned Wireless HLR with all new TN combinations.• AOCN Administrator - Maintain BIRRDS records for both Qwest and TW Wireless.• Industry Representative - Represented Qwest Wireless in Industry Numbering Committee (INC) conferences.

• Developer – Created COBOL, JCL and DB2 modules within legacy billing environment. Managed Regional Error Correction System (RECS) within 14 state regions.
