From a technical standpoint I have worked in the IT industry since 2001. Many OS/server changes since then and network advances in general have been part of my becoming. I've worked with all sorts of technology related peripherals across both the MAC and PC spectrum and related servers of such. I was Cisco certified as early as 2004 and have other technology related certifications. Currently I'm rather well-versed with the CISCO VOIP technology as it pertains to both Cisco "Call Manager" and Cisco "Webex". I served as a system administrator with Mooresville Graded schools for 18 years. I help oversee their VOIP phones as well as administration of all PC's in the district via Microsoft's SCCM. I have recently transferred to a position of Network Administrator with the Town of Cornelius, NC.Experienced Music Educator with a demonstrated history of working with all age groups. I have worked with many people with a variety of needs ranging from children to senior citizens and all ages in between. I believe there is much more to be learned through the different experiences that can only come from having a deep and ongoing knowledge of hammered dulcimer/guitar playing and songwriting for people with compassion in mind. Learning from books is one thing, but a deeper dive on matters will include sharing what I know through the experiences I've had with who the good Lord has put in my path. It has helped shape the person I am today and I intend on continuing to build on this throughout my career.
