4/12- Present Line Foreman-Initially I supervised a 2 man service crew that installed and energized new services. After a short time, I moved to a 5 man overhead construction crew where our jobs consisted of pole change outs, switch installation, reconversion work, storm restoration, etc. for a year. I then led a 3 man underground maintenance crew which used the latest technological equipment to locate and repair faults on secondary, primary, primary feeders and maintain underground transformers and switch gears. Also while running this crew I was involved extensively with our L.E.D. lighting project. For the next three years I went back to a large overhead crew completing the jobs described above with the addition of building and maintaining our complex fiber network. In February of 2021 I stepped out of my comfort zone and did something different. I took the foreman's position over the 24/7 crews at Cobb. In this role I am given the opportunity to work with and supervise 14 crew members while juggling their many complex schedules and needs.

I Played a large role in leading a Directional Boring Crew for two years. Moved to Overhead Construction in 1999 and was entrusted with total leadership of crew, as well as, the planning and completion of all tasks including new construction, reconducting, and storm restoration for six years. In 2005 I moved to the Service Department in a newly created position where I am utilized by several departments to complete numerous tasks such as: supervising various crews in the event of a Forman's absence; work independently catching outages, correcting stray voltage and interference issues; investigating and rectifying power theft. I later spent two years on 24/7 maintenance, where myself and a partner patrolled and maintained the entire five county, system while working rotating shifts. In January of 2010 I moved to an underground construction crew where I worked to construct and maintain one of the most complex commercial distribution systems (The Cobb Galleria).

Apprentice Lineman - Worked the way up from an Entry Lineman to a Step 4 Lineman in five years rotating every 6 months between Overhead Construction, Underground Construction, Overhead Maintenance, Underground Maintenance, and Service Departments. In 1989 when I came out of rotation, I supervised a Directional Boring Crew as a Step 4 Lineman. In 1990 I moved to Overhead Constructon and worked until I made First Class in 1997.

Started in the Meter Reading Department which resulted in learning and understanding a large area of our customer base. During this time the department successfully converted from a simple handwritten method of recording usage to a computerized method.
