Coordinate external suppliers to deliver the acq, design and build of cell sites.Ensure all implementation works are undertaken within budget .Ensure all implementation works are completed within SLA.Deliver the end to end milestones of a typical Implementation project associated with cell sites. Manage projects through the acquisition and planning phase of a typical rollout plan .Control and manage the typical HSE responsibilities associated with a small works civil type project.Attend external and internal teams to maintain an effective working schedule.Interface with Logistics and Kit suppliers to ensure accurate forecasting and timely call off to meet project timelinesMonitor subcontractor performance with respect to progress and quality on all Implementation projects Issue instruction of works to third party suppliers and ensure fees are in place to carry out associated works.Review and monitor quality of Site Audit Reports, Site Drawings , including execution documents during site building process from third parties.Manage the project budget by means of challenging costs, raise order cover and closing orders via the project tools and systems.

Project Management of the end to end 2G/3G Network Rollout in the South of England for O2 and Vodafone as part of the Cornerstone Infrastructure project.

Managing 2G & 3G rollout of new inbuilding and macro sites across the South Region, understanding the underlying issues in the property acquisition, design, construction, installation, commissioning and hand over phases of deployment.
