Responsible for driving growth year on year, managing the order book and achieving sales targets on a monthly basis. The design and introduction of the sales management system and KPIs. Focusing on developing a new to role sales team. Building and maintaining partnership working with key clients. Reporting directly to the CEO and Commercial Director.

Managing the key accounts and making sure their needs are met through excellent customer service. Responsability for delivery of sales targets and management of order book. Responsability for regular outbound calling and client meetings.

Resbonsible for the runing of the branch and sub branch. Responsability for managing a team of 20+ staff to deliver all KPI's accross the sales, service, risk and people catogories. I have the responsabilitiy of recruitment and ongoing training across all staff.

Managing a team of banking advisers, mortageg advisers and financial advisers to deliver the branch sales target. Arranged and managed regulare outbound calling nights. Responsible for regulatory observations to make sure individuals were selling regulated products correctly. Running daily sales meetings and catch ups to make sure targets were achieved.

Resbonsible for selling regulated products such as loans, current accounts, credit cards, savings accounts and insurances. Coaching lead generators to spot opportunities. Regular outbound calling to exceed sales targets. I won the regional colleague of the year and was nominated for national colleague of the year.
