I moved into the Community Engagement Division, heading up the front-end development team and being promoted to Manager in June 2022. • Ensure all websites are delivered within the expected timescale, budget and quality margins• Support product and feature development• Create code efficiencies and streamline website builds• Identify areas of improvement in the website development process and CMS framework• Work closely with the Design Manager and Production Manager to ensure cohesive teamwork• Act as point of escalation for technical queries• Encourage teamwork, collaboration, communication and proactivity within the Front-End team• Mentor and develop front-end developers to enhance their skills and help them achieve their objectives• Create and implement a team training plan and code review process• Support divisional managers and senior leadership• Train new starters• Line management duties - HR, performance management etc
