Oversee all AI services within iSoftStone, ensuring continual improvement and completion of effective operations and deployment of transformative systems and solutions to meet the current and future needs of iSoftStone and its clients.In my current role, I have spearheaded the following initiatives:• With generative AI developments, positioning has been on expert-level resources for Ads & Search Relevance and vertical experts (Accessibility, Finance, Health) providing ground truth judgment and its implementation with our partners. For generative AI systems, experts offer an economical means of producing confirmatory results for large language models (LLM) and delivering actionable understanding into LLM improvement.• Strengthening global organizational capabilities and domain expertise in AR/VR data collection and securing multi-year engagements. • Championing Accessibility AI initiatives such as improving the experience users with impaired speech have with virtual voice assistants, establishing long-term partnerships with nonprofit corporations, and being the go-to provider for multilanguage impaired speech data.
