With over 12 years of experience in mission integration and formation, I am passionate about creating a culture of faith, service, and excellence in Catholic healthcare and education.I have an Executive Master's in Healthcare Mission from Aquinas Institute of Theology, where I learned how to apply the principles and practices of Catholic health care ethics, leadership, and management to various settings and challenges. I have also developed and implemented programs and initiatives that promote community education, faith formaiton, and spiritual development in collaboration with various stakeholders. My goal is to inspire and empower others to live out their calling and purpose in alignment with the mission and vision of their organizations.
