Current• Conduct needs analyses and cultural assessments to enhance organization-wide software change and accompanying process changes that will optimize client processes and improve efficiency, with communication and coaching for all employees from front-line to senior leadership to elected officials.• Document findings and generate reports that ensure clear direction for clients and internal client teams.• Implement training programs in-person and online, customizing content specific to… Show more • Conduct needs analyses and cultural assessments to enhance organization-wide software change and accompanying process changes that will optimize client processes and improve efficiency, with communication and coaching for all employees from front-line to senior leadership to elected officials.• Document findings and generate reports that ensure clear direction for clients and internal client teams.• Implement training programs in-person and online, customizing content specific to the client’s needs, best practices, and WCAG standards while applying principles of learning and individual differences, working with groups ranging in size from 1 to 25 users of varying technical skill.• Help manage implementation, setting appropriate client expectations, assessing and managing potential risks, and providing solutions to strengthen program operations.• Develop and maintain rapport and relationships while providing excellent service and attention to customers face-to-face and virtually to a client load of up to 25.• Possess knowledge of & upsell multiple product suites and add-ons based on specific client needs.• Collaborate effectively with product strategy, technical support, client success, and additional departments to ensure client needs are met.• Utilize client relationships to enhance product features by working cross-functionally with Engineering and Product Strategy to positively effect UX.• Help onboard new team members.
