Performing Preventative Maintenance, Process Control/Interlock testing of logic as well as Commissioning of various Smart Instrumentation. While Providing advanced troubleshooting to identify corrective actions specific to I&E related issues. Excel at troubleshooting complex problems in systems analog or discrete, using P&ID’s, schematics, and Ladder Logic wiring diagrams. I have a strong personal safety philosophy , Detail oriented, self-starter with strong organizational skills.DCS Experience with the Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Commissioning and upgrading of vintage Provox DCS Systems to State of the Art DeltaV DCS with CHARMs I/O.PLC Experience with Emerson SIS, Modicon, Allen Bradley, and Triconex PLC systems.Experience with various manufactures of HART and nonHart Smart Instrumentation such as Density, Sonic Velocity, Pressure, Level, Flow, and Temperature transmitters as well as Valves utilizing HART communicators and/or Emerson AMS. Including Pneumatic controllers, transmitters, valves, regulators, and transducers.Experience in troubleshooting 480V MCC switch gear and various VFD systems as well.
