Moved into a bigger Office in 2003 and worked my butt off for 4 years building up the loan books. Purchased a Commercial property to operate from in 2006 and sold 2 Franchises in 2007 (one to an existing loan writer). Worked in and on the Business maintaining clients and professional network til late 2012 when the Business was successfully sold to enable me to look for new opportunities
