As an entrepreneurial, customer-centred, and relationship-driven leader of Sales & Operations I have enjoyed a dynamic career and established a proven track record of driving growth and transformation for businesses operating across diverse industry sectors including Automotive, Retail, Telco, Entertainment, and Technology/Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).During 9+ years as a Franchisee with a multisite and multi-brand asset portfolio (Allphones and SuperStrike Ten Pin Bowling) I gained valuable insight into all aspects of business leading Finance, Operations, Sales, and Customer Experience (CX) strategy to drive continual growth in top and bottom-line performance.After negotiating the profitable sale of assets, I transitioned seamlessly to a career in Automotive Sales, enjoying continual career progression with BMW and driving exponential growth in sales for multiple dealerships as General Manager of Sales. In 2019 I joined SalesLogs in their infancy as a start-up SaaS provider. During 5 years with the business, I have progressed from Sales Manager to Sales Director to my current role as Chief Operating Officer. I’ve facilitated exponential YoY growth in revenue, user adoption, and market share performance for the business, driving the growth agenda and executing successful go-to-market strategies into new markets (US and NZ).
