Worked as part of the Customer Service team at Coral bookmakers in both Aberdeen and Dunfermline. Employment began in first year of university and has continued throughout my studies.Role in which the ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining good customer service is essential. Placed second in redundancy assessments/interviews amongst 18 other CSM's (Customer Service Managers) in my area.

Worked as a Customer Service Representative in the savings accounts department for Sainsbury’s bank. Worked here for 9 months between my studies in Glasgow and Aberdeen.

Worked as a picker for Amazon at their warehouse in Dunfermline. Only a short term employment as it was between my first and second year studies at the University of Glasgow.
