- Technical Lead for the Boeing 787 Primary Flight Control System, responsible for reviewing and delivering software load content that satisfies all customer requirements, assisting management with planning, working with the customer to resolve integration issues, and training and leading small teams of engineers.- Developed system level requirements and lead the implementation of multiple architecture and safety monitors included in the Honeywell PFCS on the Boeing 787.- Lead the development of the Actuator Control Electronics Monitor Test, which was the primary safety test for Honeywell hardware on the 787.- Maintenance Focal for the ARJ21 Fly-by-Wire System, with duties including leading a small international team, tracking software load development, providing status to management, and eliminating any roadblocks that were impeding progress.- Performed the primary analysis and development of the force-fight mitigation algorithm for all the primary flight control surfaces on the ARJ21 aircraft. Through this experience gained a good understanding of hydraulic actuator models and the closed loop control laws in the system.- Developed 3-point electronic rigging algorithms for all the primary flight control surfaces on the ARJ21 aircraft to aid the force fight mitigation effort. Integrated these algorithms on a hydraulic test bench with hardware-in-the-loop to prove the concept and performance of the design.- Co-authored the Matlab Stateflow Development Guidelines used for all initiated test software and requirement development on both the ARJ21 and Boeing 787 programs.
