Partner in this incredible B.A.M. (Business Activity Monitoring) venture with Gary Lavin partnering with office equipment dealerships to assist them in automating best practices for sales/service/operations. We install a business activity monitoring software engine that integrates with dealerships ERP/CRM solutions that allows us to build the tasks necessary to deliver timely actionable information to the appropriate persons within their organization.

Resigned my position as CIO of SOS after working with SOS for over 32 years. The first 10 years as a consultant and came on as a full time employee 22 years ago. Was fortunate to be part of the executive team and watch SOS grow into one of the most respected office equipment dealerships in the industry, as well as one of the top 10 large companies in Atlanta to be rated as 'Best Place to Work'.

When AEG Olympia's parent company closed the US Operations, myself and the CFO from Olympia took over the NetFrame sales & support business. We continued to sell & support large Novell LAN's (500 user +) to Fortune 500 companies and the US Government in the Southeast & Texas. Clients included Sprint, MCI, US Army, Brinkers, United Companies.

Responsible for taking control of downsizing project from Sys 38 & Sys 36 platforms to LAN, Managed all aspects of 180 user WAN (5 servers, 4 cities, 8GB 4GL multi-user accounting/field service/distribution database application). All business applications were successfully migrated to LAN platform. Supervised 3 I/S support personnel (LAN Administrator, APP Administrator, Programmer) and communicated with all layers of management in on-going programming design & modifications.Created new Business Unit (Information Technology Group) to sell / support / service large LAN & WAN installations, focusing on NetFRAME servers as the keystone product. Formed this group by interviewing & hiring new talent, and combining with existing personnel, setting job responsibilities, and managing the group thru the first year start-up phase. (Also was responsible for establishing Olympia as NetFRAME VAR).

One of the original Gold VAR's for Novell, sold, supported, customized LAN based accounting/field service application & LAN's nationwide. Worked with over 40 SMB companies. Consulting services included: 1) design & implementation of LAN Hardware & software. 2) determination of software “suitability” to business3) set-up, installation, & implementation of accounting / inventory control / field service software applications4) customization of programs for end-user Dataflex application5) design, programming, integration with inventory systems, & implementation of hand-held bar code scanners for inventory control purposes.6) manufacturing job/shop tracking & inventory control
