- Certified control tower operator, arrival and departure controller, supervisor and examiner with thousands of documented hours without error.- Led and supervised the training, qualification, and oversight of over 400 Marines and civilian employees at some of the largest DOD air traffic control facilities. Successfully trained and qualified over 250 students via air traffic control simulation systems and on the job training.- Implemented and designed new training syllabi and air traffic control tower simulator programs, decreased attrition rates by 40 percent and increased controller trainee qualification rates by 30 percent less time than originally planned for.- Extensive experience in coordinating unmanned aircraft systems operations to de-conflict airspace and support combat and department of defense operations, enhancing overall safety of flight.- Served as the chairman of the air traffic control academic review board, which analyzed student performance and determined appropriate courses of corrective action for over 125 trainees.- Provided support and subject matter expertise to the Japan, Eastern, and Western regional quality control group by assisting in the evaluation of numerous major Marine Corps air stations in air traffic procedures and policies.- Provided sound technical expertise and input in the development and testing of critical air command and control systems to meet operational requirements.- Managed and staffed air traffic control facilities and detachments of up to 110 personnel, spread throughout various different departments, and planned the movement of personnel and equipment and the conduct of operations in support of multinational exercises.- Developed and maintained the training and readiness standards for a community of over 700 air traffic controllers, used at 11 separate facilities and by three squadrons.- Processed and provided oversight on numerous aircraft accidents, incidents, evaluations, audits and safety initiatives.

- Developed and managed special use/routine airspace and the in-route/terminal procedures within.- Coordinated, controlled, and enforced the daily operations of over 150 live fire ranges and facilities, and four special use airspace segments for both U.S. and international military services.- Through proper coordination and by ensuring strict adherence to policy, maintained a productive training environment, which resulted in 2654 hours of mishap free operations for 250 different units.- Revised the operating procedures used in day-to-day operations and developed the curriculum used for the military-to-civilian conversion in Camp Lejeune Range Operations.

- Provided assistance and oversight and ensured prompt response and proper resolution on sensitive matters to high-level dignitaries to include congressmen and women, the Office of Legislative Affairs, the White House, Director of Marine Corps Staff, the Secretary of Defense, and various Chiefs of Staff.- Investigated allegations of misconduct, impropriety, mismanagement, and violations of law.- Processed and responded directly to 64 hotline complaints, 17 congressional inquiries, 10 white house inquiries, nine request masts, two department of defense inquiries, and numerous counseling sessions of complainants and subjects alike.- Conducted three formal inspection and seven assist visits on subordinate command in order to identify systematic issues and policies impacting unit readiness and/or mission accomplishment.

- Served as a certified instructor and department supervisor at the formal naval air traffic control school and trained more than 700 Navy, Marine Corps, and foreign national trainees in air traffic control procedures.- Served as the chairman for the air traffic control school academic review board, which analyzed student performance and determined appropriate courses of corrective action for 187 trainees.- Developed and maintained course curriculum for four 16 week long formal courses used to provide technical expertise to thousands of Navy, Marine Corps and foreign national trainees.- Conducted periodic scheduled and unscheduled performance evaluations on 590 Navy, Marine Corps, and civilian instructors to assess proficiency and adherence to policy and procedures.
