I serve as a Program Manager for a Government client, managing a program designed to collect and report organization climate information. This includes coordinating a team of business analysts, system analysts, project managers, technical team leads, as well as working directly with software developers and software quality assurance analysts. My responsibilities include managing client relations, successful on-time delivery of contractual obligations, budgeting, and billing.Other responsibilities include leading a team of project managers, business analyst, and a delivery/operations team for our Surveys division. As a team, we are responsible for overall management of multiple government and commercial contracts.
