CurrentCreation of knowledge base articles to proactively address frequent customer inquiries•Assess and determine root cause of issue for CRM and/or FieldOne specific solutions and appropriately resolve or escalate•Interdepartmental collaboration on resolving technical issues and providing feedback to management and development•Work independently to gather customer requirements for CRM use and assist in configuration•Respond to tickets, calls and customer emails as necessary, providing high levels of support through any contact method
