Migration took place on different domains utilising Citrix Management Console on Windows 2003 /2008 Servers to facilitate this. This involved the migration of users over different domains based on Windows 2003 Servers and utilising Active Directory to facilitate this).2nd / 3rd Line IT & Telephony Support Technician(National Police Improvement Agency, London 2008-2009)(Providing both telephone and one-to-one IT hardware/ software support to staff including office based networking and telephone moves, remote & home working technology set-ups and systems support primarily on Win XP OS with a wide variety of applications such as MS Office Professional).
