Geotechnical site investigation experience includes soil and rock logging, VWP installation, packer testing, and ATV downhole surveying. Design experience includes stability analysis, consolidation analyses, instrumentation interpretation, IFC drawing generation, and technical reporting. Construction experience includes both solo and team monitoring of multiple aspects of dam construction including foundation preparation and approval, fill and geosynthetic placement, and instrumentation extension.

Burnaby

Conducted QC on concrete and asphalt materials both in the laboratory and on site. Notable projects include the RESA runway expansion at YVR airport and field testing at multiple infrastructure projects throughout the lower mainland. Responsibilities for the RESA project included quality control monitoring and testing of the concrete at the batch plant to provide in spec concrete at the project site.

Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

Conducted QC test on a wide range of aggregate materials. Communicated on site with project managers and other companies to insure efficiency and results in my area of work. Learned how to perform many of the soils, aggregate, concrete and asphalt tests used in the Construction and Mining industries today.
