- Monitor flight progression for all crew-members for day of operations.- Ensure continuous compliance with all FAR/CBA requirements for day of and future operations.- Track pilots and flight attendants during irregular operations and conduct recoveries for on time performance.- Work with OCC Leadership to make operational decisions that mitigate customer impact and are cost effective.- Interface with other departments to plan and coordinate crewing assignments for all scheduled, chartered and ad-hoc flights.

- Plan and coordinate line training events to ensure crewmember currency and proficiency is upheld in accordance to CBA and FAR requirements. - Assist in developing the monthly crew pairings and reserve model and implement results into the crew scheduling system. -Interface with the crew scheduling software to solve crew rosters and ensure compliance with FAR requirements and CBA bidding policies and procedures. -Analyze past rosters to identify areas of optimization.
