I am hugely passionate about music, sports and culture. I grew up in the London/Essex area but in 2013 moved to Bournemouth where I now enjoy exploring the fabulous coastline. I am also a new father to my son which is by far and away my proudest achievement. My career in the security industry began as an engineer in 2003. That role was the key to leading me where I am today. It provided me with a wealth of hands on experience that still lends itself to my everyday work. Since then, through various positions I have gained the vast experience and skills needed to assist companies and security professionals manage their security system projects. One of the biggest challenges I now see is that organisations are struggling to centralise and standardise their systems and processes as well as move forward adopting the latest technology available.
