• Report directly to Corporate Chief Financial Officer and assist both Corporate Controllers in month end closing process and package submitted to publicly traded majority Shareholder.• Record and maintain all transactions related to Property, Plant, and Equipment assets held by Corporation and all closely held subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with GAAP and Internal Revenue Service Tax code• Generate monthly and quarterly invoicing of Management Fees, Equipment Rental, Business and Health Insurance Premiums, and Intercompany reimbursable expenses• Manage and maintain monthly analysis of Health Insurance premiums and claim costs in Timberline, making adjustments to earned insurance handling revenue as necessary • Coordinate and produce the monthly reporting of financial statements, and necessary General Ledger adjustments, of all four closely held related party LLC's specializing in the rental of Construction Tools and Heavy Equipment and one closely held related party LLC established to provide Executive and Management services• Calculate and analyze Corporate wide cash flow on a weekly basis to accurately calculate projection of allocable funds for Capital expenditure budgeting and other Financial Investment opportunities• Complete weekly processing of Management LLC payroll, including all Corporate Executive Compensation, and preparation of monthly and quarterly reconciliations• Timely compilation and filing of all monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reporting requirements to include Payroll, Sales and Use, and Heavy Equipment Rental Gross Receipts taxes
