Dr. Michael Lock is a staff radiation oncology consultant in the Department of Oncology at the London Health Science Center. His positions have included the Chief of the Division of Radiation Oncology at the London Regional Cancer Program, Medical Director of Radiation Oncology, Chair of the Breast Cancer Multidisciplinary Disease Site Team, Chair of the Radiation Oncology Provincial Advisory Committee (ROPAC), co-Chair of the Genitourinary Multidisciplinary Disease Site team, Chair of the Genitourinary Multidisciplinary Site Team, Chair of the Radiation Oncology Hepatobiliary Program and Southwest Regional Radiation Oncology Lead. In addition, he is a Professor at Western University in the Schulich School of Medicine. He is cross-appointed as a Professor in the Department of Medical Biophysics. He is also an Associate Scientist at the Lawson Health Research Institute. He has undertaken outreach programs in Africa and South America for groups such as the Canadian Medical Association and the International Atomic Energy Agency/United Nations.
