As most of us employed in the auto sector, I am passionate about cars. That passion, coupled with an affinity for business development, led to my becoming a uniquely qualified auto sector specialist, with experience and knowledge in the promotion of auto sector software, insurance, financing, and advertising.Currently as Account Director with AutoTrader, my contributions within a large and well-established organization have led to a new revenue path, rooted in my ability to analyze data and mine its secrets. Pouring over figures – months of data – I’ve recognized certain patterns that led to opportunities. I’m proud of my contributions to AutoTrader’s performance. Motivation & MethodologyMy work is driven by basic principles: to understand each client’s needs and to leverage a product line to help the client achieve their goals with a customized strategy. A key factor is how I build client relationships – always based in trust and achieving mutually reciprocal benefits.I mentor a team of Account Managers in this way – to achieve client and AutoTrader goals. A win-win strategy might take a bit longer to reach the end game, but it has longevity in building trust, loyalty, and retention.
