Numerous minor upgrades including ministry reporting, bursary and scholarship applications, electronic forms, data extracts and new automated business processes. •Countless infrastructure upgrades including major core network upgrades, integrated media hub, extended deployment of wireless accessibility, SAN expansion / upgrades, Exchange / AD / ActiveSync upgrade, 10G network infrastructure, disk to disk backup, etc.• Ensure provision of Service Desk services to Canadore employees and students disbursed across 4 main campuses as well as remote users. Includes laboratory PC / Apple configurations, corporate and instructional software deployment and support, printers, computer refresh staff and labs, corporate software 1st level support, etc.

Responsible for Reactor Technology & Operations Projects services, processes and tools from definition of requirements throughout the project life cycle. Assist clients with requirements definition, business cases, funding authorizations needed to define and launch projects. Develop processes, standards and templates used by project delivery staff to facilitate project start-up and execution. Provide senior management consolidated resource demand, cash flow forecasts and project budget needs based on current project schedules across the portfolio.
