I joined the Sasser Restoration team in February 2023 and have been proud to provide quality, service and responsiveness to our clients ever since. Throughout my career, I've spent 12 years on large-scale agricultural development projects including greenhouse and warehouse construction-renovations. Ground-up custom homes, high-end residential renovations, and reconstruction of residential and commercial buildings after catastrophic property losses. I pride myself on my attention to detail and the management of employees, vendors and subcontractors, ensuring that any project under my supervision will be treated with care and professionalism.

  - Manage jobs and superintendents- Responsible for the profitability and safety of a job - Document and communicate the interdependencies of all aspects of a job with those involved- Estimate and produce multiple jobs - Manage large jobs independently and work with the Senior Project Manager on particularly complicated or large jobs- Responsible for the sourcing of labor, materials, equipment, etc. to successfully produce a job- Interface with the client and/ or adjusters on-site and provide daily/weekly updates on the overall progress of the job - Engage with Project Executives, Directors and the Chief Operating Officer to help scope and price opportunities
