Having done a variety of management roles across London over the last 10 years including multiple Store Manager roles, Food Commercial & Operational roles I have demonstrated an abilty to deliver results with in challenging, fast paced environments. I am confidant in my ability at being able to lead and set a plan that will look to empower the team around me to understand and deliver a cutomer first mentality and support and nurture my colleagues ambitions.I am driven to succeed both professionally and personally and have an aspiration to enhance my leadership skills in every job I do and have a real appreciation in the personal development of my team.
