CurrentAfter quickly achieving success with Everbridge I was promoted to support our Global Sales Team. There I was able to continue that success and as an individual contributor. During the second year I was asked to lead the Vertical and Growth SE’s. I have since continued to lean into traits that have helped me be successful and bring them to the team as indicated below. We continue to exceed quota as as a team and I continue to help others become high achievers.• Fostering a team of high performing sales engineers by sharing best practices, enabling thought leadership, and providing strategic guidance.• Mentoring team members through regular check-ins, discussing career growth opportunities, delivering constructive feedback, and effectively managing conflicts.• Proactively solving SE/SAE challenges through consultation. Focused on the health of the deal and ensuring continuity for the optimal chance to win.• Developed and implemented selling strategies and process improvements. Most recently collaborated with CMO to establish a sales process to algin BDR's and SAE's.• Partnered and fostered relationships with Sales VPs and complete monthly reviews to help achieve SAE quota targets.• Interpreted complex problems, created simple solutions, and collaborated with prospects, channel partners, and the sales team to deliver winning solutions. • Executed customer workshops where our customers are able to join and gather best practices, this in turn increased customer growth.• Provided valuable input to product teams during the development cycle to contribute to the creation of innovative products and services. In doing this we were able to create an asset reclamation product among other enhancements. • Administered the backend of our software solutions, setting up POC's, fixing issues, and enhancing demo environments.• Achieved thought leader and trusted advisor recognition from the customer base and internal teams.
