I lead the Development team for Energix Renewables North America. We are a utility-scale solar and renewable energy developer with ~1GW of solar projects in operation and a large pipeline of projects in development. Unlike many peer companies, Energix owns and operates all of our solar projects throughout the full lifecycle of their operation. We exclusively use USA-manufactured solar panels and related equipment.

Leader of Program Management (PIO) and Capture Support for $10B USAF next gen E4-B fleet recap proposal. • Program Management, integration with Commercial Airplanes (BCA), factory site selection and readiness, proposal content and gate reviews, capital plan, international strategy, India engineering, and small business (SB) strategy.

Led the aircraft integrated product team (IPT) manufacturing two new Air Force One (VC-25B) presidential aircraft based on heavily modified 747-8I commercial airplanes. • Managed production of Air Force One with direct annual budget greater than $70M across Program Management, Operations, Quality, Production Engineering (IE, ME, LE), Tooling and Supplier Management functions.• Integrated Air Force One operations with San Antonio site. Recruited and trained over 300 specialized and cleared mechanics while improving facilities and production process.

Boeing Defense sales leader for India. Closed over $3B in sales across a variety of platforms and services, commercial contracts, and foreign military sales (FMS), including all phases of marketing, proposal, sales, customer engagement and contractual negotiations for both Boeing Defense & Space platforms (BDS) and defense Services (BGS). • Increased 5-year pipeline 15x, making India Boeing’s largest sales funnel for international defense. In 2016, five-year pipeline was $1.2B; in 2020 it was $28B with 15 campaigns diversified across products and customers.• Successfully sold new products to new customers, including AH-64E Apache helicopters to the Indian Army, India’s new Head of State 777-300ER, comprehensive performance-based logistics (PBL) to Indian Navy and Air Force, Wave glider autonomous vehicles, Indian Navy P-8I training center, JDAM for indigenous Tejas fighter, etc.• Started and advanced large new campaigns for Indian Navy F/A-18 and Indian Air Force F-15EX fighters. Concuded repeat sales for 4 additional P-8Is to Indian Navy and the final production C-17 to Indian Air Force.• Worked closely across US DoD programs and international affairs in US Navy, US Army and US Air Force as well as DoD-level Technology Release (TS&FD) policy to develop competitive, capable proposals.• Championed creation of new P&L, Boeing Defense India (BDI) and served as Managing Director for six months.• Customer-facing lead for defense, including Indian Air Force, Navy, Army, and Space customers. Led Boeing planning and presence at multiple trade shows annually.• Chair - AMCHAM Defense Committee, US Chamber of Commerce, 2018-21. Major wins on several fronts, including extensive reform of India’s acquisition and contracting regulations codified in India’s Defense Acquisition Policy (DAP-2020) and Defense Procurement Manual (DPM).
