I assist members who have questions on claims. providers, notifications and answer questions about their deductible and reading and helping members understand their benefits. I also speak with providers advising them on if claims didn’t process correctly or trying to collaborate with them to schedule appointments for members who aren’t able to do so.

I also help troubleshoot with common issues customers do have that help them perform their job. Fielding inbound calls and also placing calls to customers to collect outstanding debts. I make an excess of 300 calls a day while maintaining proper work standards.
