Duties and Responsibilities:o Ensures resources are properly allocated for a cost-efficient operation to attain desired profitability of the companyo Helps in attaining sales goals of the company by providing needed output (finished goods) to serve the demand of the marketo Implements effective execution of cleaning and sanitation program in manufacturing lineso Investigates root causes and resolves failures to meet the standards together with the involved functions in a timely mannero Reports required data accurately (e.g. goods produced, process yield, rejection rate, cases compliance, quality issues and machine troubles)o Analyzes performance of lines and initiates action plans for continuous improvemento Proposes innovative ideas to increase line productivity and improve efficiencyo Engages people through information drive on safety, quality, and productivityo Lead the variance reduction on the cracker lineso Ensures all documents are updated for Bakery lines like SOP manual, HACCP manual, GMP, Process Flow, Food Safety and etc.o Prepares the Bakery lines for all audits on the plant like US Vet, FSSC, GMP/GWP/GLP and other audits.

o Coordinates plant activities through the planning with departmental managers to ensure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner.o Develops and control profits, plans, and budget.o Establishes and monitors overall plant performance for production and quality standards.o Controls and minimize labor overtime, premium freight and repair expenses.o Maintains existing plant facilities and equipment; replace, or make adjustments to plant facilities and equipment when necessary.o Provides leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives.o Implements and maintains preventive maintenance programs. Maintains plant cleanliness among plant personnel. Provides direction, development and leadership to production workers Maintains security system and access readers. Removes production constraints; allocate human and equipment resources and direct production employees to attain all established goals. Monitors operation expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality. Improves production effectiveness and efficiencies Maintains Plant Operations Excellence

o Ensures quality parameters in-line is met through the following: Routine process monitoring of bread, flour mixes and margarine plant Verifies that all parameters and SOPs are being pursued by production Conducts laboratory analysis of in-process and finished goods (i.e. pH, TTA, Moisture, FFA, Salt content, %CO2 analysis, consistency determination of flour mixes) Creates reports and presentations based on the derived laboratory results and analyses. Prepares and standardizes chemical and reagents Initiate segregation of non-conforming from good quality products Conducts in-line Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) audit to ensure cleanliness of the plant Sensory Evaluation Conducts product cutting with Production staff to analyze quality defects Brainstorming with Production staff to come up with corrective actions that will apply on the line to correct defects Receiving and releasing of raw and packaging materials. Check, evaluate and compare characteristics of RM/PMs against specifications established by R&D. Conducts FFA and aflatoxin analysis for oils/ fat and cornmeal respectively  Ensures proper segregation of allergen from non-allergen materials Release RM & PMs at SAP system. Issuance of Corrective/ Preventive Action Reports (CPAR) and Advise slip to non-compliant and violators of SSOPs, GMP, HACCP, Quality Management Standards, and the likes. Creates and issue Certificate of Analysis for finished goods that show results of physicochem analysis, wholesomeness and safety of the products.o Handles Product Complaints  Visit stores and sends feedback to clients within 48 hours Works with Production and R&D to come up with appropriate corrective/ preventive actions (CAPA) for the complaint Verifies if CAPA is effective and are being followed in the line.
