Led the design, development and creation of a 30,000 sq. ft. enterprise data center for use in the FBI and Department of Justice. This datacenter includes modern technology for industrial controls, power, space and cooling for hosted on-prem clouds, physical platforms and multiple enterprise DOJ services. The new data center enabled the FBI and DOJ to complete its mandated datacenter consolidation initiative. Leader of IT professionals responsible for On-Premise Clouds in three different classifications with connections to hybrid & public clouds. Responsible for the FBI’s corporate Platform as a Service, Infrastructure as a Service, Storage as a Service and Datacenter Networking as a Service.

Sentinel “Case Management Application”Responsible for the daily operations of software development and infrastructure management for a new case management system used by nearly every employee in the FBI. Employed Agile Development methodology to quickly create a minimally viable product (MVP) then grew the product while requirements were baked into the application.

National Program Manager (Unit Chief) for nearly 400 IT Professionals nation-wide. Laid the ground-work for a transformation of IT Specialists training plans. Responsible for maintaining consistent standards enabling IT professionals to support field office operations. Developed and hosted annual training conferences for 300 IT Specialists providing training, while fostering networking with peers and FBI executives.

IT Manager over the development and maturing of Information Technology for the Terrorist Screening Center (TSC). Developed and implemented the IT vision of Homeland Security Presidential Directive-6 (HSPD-6) which created the TSC to prevent future terrorists’ activities on US soil. Led the design, development and maintenance of multiple software applications to enable the US Government to track and share information for known or suspected terrorists. Instituted an agile development discipline for software development. Led the scalable design for the infrastructure which hosted the applications created. Coordinated efforts across multiple government agencies to provide Screening Services throughout the US government.
