The question is not whether or not a person is growing and getting better. The real question is “AT WHAT RATE is this person improving?”.For over 13 years, I've created tools to speed up the development process as I have recruited, hired, managed, and developed 800+ employees in a nationally top-ranking Chick-fil-A restaurant. From this experience I have obtained my personal mission: To glorify God by developing leaders and helping them move from point N to Z.A few of the values that I work hard to live out each day are:-Leadership: Be a leader who grows and launches other leaders into the world.-Integrity: Hold myself to a higher standard than anyone else would.-Fairness: Hold people to a consistent, reasonable, and understood standard that is logically applied. -Reliability: Be a man who can be counted on fully. My goal has been to produce results in all aspects of my job so that my Chick-fil-A store can expand its impact and develop more leaders.
