Responsible for the Emergency Management and Security Department at a regional hospital serving Southeastern Arizona.  Accountable for access control, video surveillance of hospital and grounds, and security assessments/upgrades for the hospital facilities.  Direct and participate in a variety of emergency exercises within the hospital and with federal, state and local law enforcement and emergency management agencies to evaluate and test the readiness of the hospital and staff.  Developed and implemented active shooter training for new and existing employees.  Supervise a staff of officers providing 24/7 security and service to the hospital.

I direct day-to-day operations and long term strategic planning for an extremely active office comprised of criminal Investigators from all levels of government, contract intelligence analysts, and administrative personnel. I supervise proactive, complex criminal and financial investigations, targeting multi-national and regional criminal organizations. I am responsible for program management, threat assessments/mitigation, risk analysis, intelligence collection and efficiently managing multiple tasks simultaneously to completion.
