CurrentDrafted the construction requirements for the Red and Purple Modernization Project design-build contract Request for Proposals. Reviewed bridging documents to ensure coordination among disciplines and between the design-build contract and advance CTA project and utility relocation work. Planned and managed the design and construction on the 95th Street Terminal Improvement, Dan Ryan Track Renewal and Dan Ryan Station Improvements Projects, including development of overall project schedules and organization of value engineering studies and project risk analyses. Drafted the contractor Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposals and defined the evaluation criteria and forms. Coordinated project activities with numerous CTA departments as well as city and state agencies and other transit properties.Planned and managed the design and construction of the Block 37 subway station and tunnel connections to a suspended configuration that minimized current costs while implementing preparatory measures to facilitate the resumption of their construction for express airport rail service.Provided construction management oversight on the Dearborn Subway track renewal project.
