• Responsible for producing and managing an Engineering Change Request/Operation process within Viking Engineering Inc. Developed a process for efficient, effective and documented changes within the Engineering department.
• Main point of contact for all cross-functional communication and support for ECR/ECO and Legacy documentation processes. Ran weekly meeting to update department members on process status.
• Assisted engineering department with updates to and the creation of company documents and processes in order to acquire ISO 9001:2015 certification.

• Worked with off-site engineer to update Epicor software allowing for the implementation of a cross-functional approval process within company. Developed necessary documentation for approval process to be adopted by.
• Created and updated SolidWorks drawings and models as needed by the Engineering department.

Rosemount

• Responsible for supervising the safety of engineers, trade workers and operators in maintenance of Pine Bend refinery.
• Organized, transported, and maintained tools and materials needed to complete work packages.
• Assisted in the installation and demolition of old piping, pumps, valves, steam tracing, etc.
• Maintained constant communication with various crew teams to coordinate safety compliance.
• Daily operation of pneumatic and electric machine tools including saws, drills, and impact wrenches for demolition and repair.
