Current• Responsible for producing and managing an Engineering Change Request/Operation process within Viking Engineering Inc. Developed a process for efficient, effective and documented changes within the Engineering department. • Main point of contact for all cross-functional communication and support for ECR/ECO and Legacy documentation processes. Ran weekly meeting to update department members on process status. • Assisted engineering department with updates to and the creation of company documents and processes in order to acquire ISO 9001:2015 certification. • Extensively worked with Excel to produce metrics for company analysis: drawing locations, MOS cost and spending, supply chain data. • Worked with off-site engineer to update Epicor software allowing for the implementation of a cross-functional approval process within company. Developed necessary documentation for approval process to be adopted by other department personnel.• Created and updated SolidWorks drawings and models as needed by the Engineering department. • Completed market research for competitive intel, information found was utilized in new product design.
