Monitors hardware and software components in the production environment. Uses various tools to monitor these components, record component issues and ensure proper resolution. Interact with DMV partner's helpdesk and production operations staff in notifying them of issues and helping to resolve issues. Escalate issues requiring infrastructure or software engineering support in accordance with the most current production escalation procedures. Responsible for administering the system in an operations role as determined and scheduled by operations documentation.
