Information Technology Manager
Current-Develop and manage financial processes related to annual IT budgeting-Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives-Develop program assessment SOPs for evaluation and improvement to present to senior leadership-Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance-Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources (including budgets) and timing for new initiatives.-Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks, dependencies and opportunities across multiple projects within the organization.-Optimize application functionality -Analyze, evaluate and overcome program risks by producing program reports for management and stakeholders-Lead M&A assessments, potential integrations, absorption of systems and execution of objectives throughout the full transition-Assess and define current business application environment and provide a multi-year roadmap-Negotiation skills across leadership-Provide project justification to management and stakeholders-Optimize business processes inside organizational applications-Provide technical paths and soft-skill development for a team of direct reports-Pro-active involvement in contract and vendor management-Assist IT team members in role responsibilities-Plan, monitor and appraise employee objectives -Network oversight and redundancy configuration to avoid single points of failure-Continual assessment and optimization of existing Master Data Management processes-Mobile Device Management implementation -Continual assessment and adherence across system and information security-Manage company asset renewals-Document and maintain all IT procedures
