During my internship at Optimize, I conducted in-depth market research by gathering and analyzing data on financial advisors to predict their Assets Under Management (AUM) and placement within the firm. In the second half of the internship, I assisted a team of investment analysts with tasks such as Dividend Reconciliations, Best Execution of trades to ensure accurate trade allocation and regulatory compliance, and created monthly reports on key holdings of Optimize's portfolios through tracking essential financial ratios. This experience allowed me to develop strong skills in financial data analysis, trade processing, and collaboration within a professional investment environment.
