- Create, implement, evaluate, & report on a DEI-based violence prevention curriculum customized to student organizations with risk factors for violence perpetration on campus.- Communicate with students, administration leaders, and key community stakeholders for program feedback and student-centered recommendations in the outcomes report.

- Work closely with the Political Director to execute 100 county political strategy. - Manage and supervise three full time Regional Political Managers and the paid campaign fellows program. - Collaborate with other departments on projects including weekly check in calls with communications team. - Work to build relationships and coalitions with elected state officials, county chairs, federal candidates, constituency groups, political organizations, and democratic auxiliary groups. - Manage statewide surrogate program.

- Create and implement political plan including canvassing, phone banking, texts, and robo-calls. - Create and use communications talking points on major issues and policy positions for use with press, social media, fundraising, voter contact, writing scripts, and public statements.- Manage finance plan with NGP-VAN including sending multiple fundraising e-blasts per month, creating call sheets, planning and executing fundraising events, and staffing call time. - Manage and direct part-time paid campaign fellows. - Coordinate with other campaigns, candidates, elected officials, and community leaders. - Help manage and maintain campaign social media accounts.

- Create daily briefing binder for the Senator that includes upcoming votes, committee meetings, lobbyist meetings, caucus meetings, documents to review, and events. - Draft floor statements, amendments, senatorial statements, and assist in the bill drafting process. - Advise the Senator on specific issues, monitor bills and committee meetings in those areas, and respond to constituent emails and phone calls using a comprehensive list of talking points.- Draft speeches for press conferences, town halls, public appearances, and community events. - Manage legislative communications and press work by maintaining media relationships, sending press releases/ media advisories, fulfilling requests for statements, and planning and executing press conferences.- Manage office as only staff member including supervising interns, working with other elected officials’ offices, organizing and completing all legislative needs. - Write monthly email newsletter, maintain social media accounts, and send over 9,000 letters to constituents.

- Managed a team of over one hundred volunteers and six interns to knock on 7,746 doors and complete 71,818 calls in Iredell County, NC for nationally targeted Red to Blue congressional campaign.- Coordinated with the local Democratic party, candidates, auxiliary groups, and community stakeholders to increase voter turnout for democrats by 31% from the previous midterm. - Communicated with voters in turnout and persuasion universes about policies and issues facing local communities. - Ability to meet expanding goals and strict deadlines.- Scheduled, planned, and organized political events, canvasses, and phone banks. Example: Farmers Town Hall in Union Grove, NC to discuss healthcare, agricultural jobs, and immigration with 25 local farmers. Briefed candidate with memo including purpose of event, attendees, and major talking points. Generated earned media for candidate.

Organizing coordinator for Guilford County (Greensboro, N. Colfax, Jamestown) and Iredell County. Voter outreach via phone, email, and canvassing. Volunteer training. General campaign support.

Facilitating and planning regularly scheduled tour guide meetings. Organizing, planning, and delegating responsibility for full day open houses. Managing and running open houses. Creating the weekly tour guide schedule at the beginning of each semester. Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and firing tour guides. Training and evaluating new tour guides when appropriate. Collaborating with admissions counselors to better the tour guide program. Updating the tour guide calendar, manual, and roster. Maintaining the TG email account and responding promptly to any emails. When necessary, give tours of Guilford College to influence perspective students and families.

Utilize interpersonal skills with campers as well as over the phone with parents. Teach hard skills (kayaking, rock climbing, rafting, mountain biking, ropes courses) in a group setting while remaining safe, and entertaining. Adjust daily and weekly schedule according to unexpected changes in weather, location availability, group dynamic, or health concerns.

Speak at campaign events. Plan and moderate candidate forum. Place road signs, make phone calls, and talk to the public about Bruce Davis and his experience.

Contacting clients, medical professionals, and insurance adjusters to request and destribute information. Visiting court to experience the legal process of both criminal and civil cases. Preform case intake interviews with new clients. Answer phones to assist clients, doctors, and insurance agents.
