This specialty retail business is multi faceted in its responsibilities of leading a team of 6 during season, down to 3 out of season to maintain the store, provide excellent customer service to each and every customer, as well as being subject matter experts on every single item in the store to be able to address any problems a customer may come into the store with. This includes being an omni channel retailer, making sure any items not in the store are sourced and ordered for customers directly to their homes, as well as processing any orders that come from customers at home to the store to be picked up later. In addition, being able to perform motor and pool cleaner repairs in a timely manner is a requirement of the job, as well as sourcing any necessary parts for the repair job.
