Lead Business Market Development Manager / Distribution Strategy
Responsible for the development, design, and execution of cross segment and channel marketing plans focused on business fiber and business mobility assigned to geographic market clusters to align with business direct sales teams across all business channel & segments. Lead coordination with Consumer organization focused on business products that are sold in retail channels. Articulated the business segments to the consumer organization and identified ways to streamline and simplify how we win as one with consumer organization.Just a few achievements:-Project lead our Annual Planning project, which includes all business segments working with key stakeholders (segment operations leads, finance leads, system leads, all org AVP's, HR leads, and compensation leads) addressing re-organization & module structure, account profiling & transition, compensation and quotas modularization, rules of engagement, staffing, communications, and reporting.-Planned and hosted a successful monthly or bi-weekly cross channel, cross segment sync call with business segment leads (Director, AVP's) to inform and make important decisions on special topics like re-segmentation, fraud, rules of engagement, etc.-Helped lead, ideate, conceptualize, implement, and manage our Deal Registration / Customer Registration project for our indirect Alliance partners and direct sales teams in CRM (Salesforce).-Partnered internally to ideate, develop, and launch our “Business Notify Me” project which continues to result in 50-100 new sales a month.-Identified strategic customers and developed non-traditional distribution partnerships that resulted in 100K of incremental MRR revenue in the first 6 months.-Conceptualize, implemented, trained, and managed our property manager incentive program which increase in building fiber penetration on average of 400%.
