I have a lot of experience working with and leading large groups of people. I've worked at summer camps where I've been responsible for teaching youth different skills, such as first aid, leadership, and communication. Being a mentor for those younger than me who also wish to become an Eagle Scout was a large part of my development as a leader. Working in these positions has helped me refine my skills and I aim to improve them still. I would like to use my strengths in order to work towards a common goal with other associates. My previous jobs demanded high-quality customer service at all times and those environments have helped me become more understanding and improved my problem-solving ability.I'm passionate about the outdoors, meeting new people, and learning new skills and ideas.
