•Oversee all retail banking activities to create exceptional customer experience•Assist in the development of sales, marketing, and business development plans for branch•Exercise expert knowledge of BWB retail products and services•Manage and develop Account Executives and Client Specialist's; conduct performance reviews and 5-5-5’s, identify training needs, assist with career development, etc.•Maintain appropriate staffing levels at all times•Develop and cultivate long-term client relationships to ensure branch sales growth and customer retention•Establish goals for Account Executive's and Client Specialist's in client development and product penetration and monitor progress •Oversee all daily operations of branch including overdraft reporting process, maintenance and supply ordering, timely processing of night and mail deposits, balancing of vault and cash drawers, etc.•Provide reports as requested to identify trends in growth, retention and attrition•Ensure branch employees adheres to bank’s policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations•Consumer Lender skilled with Auto/Motorcycle/Boat, Overdraft Protection, Executive Lines of Credit, Cash Secured Loans and Unsecured Loans
