As a Commissioning Officer at Trafford Council, I have been working for the past two months to develop and implement effective commissioning strategies for mental health and learning disability services in the area. With a BSc in Psychology and over five years of experience in the mental health sector, I have the skills and knowledge to ensure that the services meet the needs and preferences of the diverse and vulnerable population of Trafford. I have also demonstrated strong team leadership and collaboration skills in my previous roles as a Commissioning Support Officer and a Team Manager at Turning Point, where I contributed to the delivery of high-quality and person-centred care for people with mental health and substance misuse issues.
