Participation in CDM and instrumental in the work of many ATFM system capabilities in use today including: Collaborative Trajectory Route Options (CTOP), Reroute Advisory Tool (RAT), Airspace Flow Programs (AFP), Flight Schedule Monitor (FSM), Integrated Collaborative Routing (ICR) and Time-Based Flow Management (TBFM). Author of many technical documents, concept papers, and operational orders and has been published in many sources . Developed and conducted stakeholder seminars and conferences and engaged in many public speaking opportunities to support National initiatives.
