It aspires to create 10,000 jobs through a diverse range of industries, together with 2,000 new homes, the new town centre, parks and public open spaces.Mike drove every aspect of this vast and complex regeneration and created:• Phase 1 of the £100 million Longbridge Technology Park, incorporating The Innovation Centre, which is home to 40 technology-led occupiers & Two Devon Way, adjacent to The Innovation Centre, designed for technology-based businesses in mind.• Bournville College, a £66 million state of the art educational facility, opened in 2011.• The Cofton Centre - a 35 acre industrial facility for a number of specialist businesses. The latest development, a £70 million data centre, has ensured Longbridge is one of the most internationally 'connected' locations in the Midlands with a high capacity fibre backbone network.• The new town centre comprising 32 shops and restaurants and 37,000 sqft of offices.
