Head of Finance - PCF 11, Head of Client Asset Oversight - PCF 45 & Chief Risk Officer - PCF 15.Duties include;Preparation of Investment Property Management Accounts.Maintaining the Client Asset Management Plan, reviewing the Daily Client Calculations & Daily Client Asset Reconciliation and ensuring strict adherence to Client Asset Regulations.Maintaining the Firm's ICAAP, Risk Register & other risk related documents.Member of the Internal Risk & Compliance, Management Team & I.T. Steering Committees.General Management Duties & Facilities Management.Administer the principal shareholder's Irish property portfolio and his tax affairs.Liaise with Trade Creditors and negotiation of contractsLiaise with Credit Institutions/the Central Bank of Ireland and the Firm and related company's auditors.

Production of Monthly Management Accounts.Payrolls, credit control management and treasury management.Budgeting, forecasting and nominal ledger reconciliations.Statutory returns, company secretarial returns and ad hoc reporting.Communicate with company auditors.Accounts payable and expenses control.
